This instrument is a glossiness meter independently developed by the company with independent intellectual property rights. It is a glossiness measuring instrument designed and manufactured with reference to the international standard iso2813 and the Chinese national standard GB / t9754. It is a glossmeter with a 3.5-inch large screen display, which is easy to use, stable in performance and accurate in measurement.

3、 Operating instructions

(1) Switch on and off

Long press the "switch / measurement key" for 3 seconds to start the machine, the indicator will light up and the logo interface will be displayed. After a few seconds, the instrument will automatically enter the measurement interface. After starting the machine, long press the "switch / measurement key" again for 3 seconds to shut down the machine. If the instrument is not operated within 5 minutes, the instrument will enter the rest screen state; If the instrument is not operated within 1 minute after the screen is stopped, the instrument will shut down automatically.

(2) Calibration

Automatic calibration Description: this instrument has the function of automatic calibration upon startup, but in order to make it more convenient and flexible to use the instrument, the function of automatic calibration upon startup is designed. That is, when the last shutdown was manual, the next startup will be automatically calibrated; When the last shutdown was automatic after 5 minutes of screen rest, the next startup will not be automatically calibrated. When the use environment of the instrument changes (such as temperature, altitude, humidity and other drastic changes), the instrument must be calibrated. To ensure the accuracy of calibration, please use the standard plate provided by the original manufacturer. The dust on the standard plate will affect the calibration effect. Before calibration, please wipe the working surface of the standard plate with a wiping cloth to confirm that the working surface is clean. The standard plate is a precision optical element, which should be protected from exposure to light and kept properly. Due to environmental factors, the photometric data of the standard plate will change over time. Therefore, we suggest that you regularly return the standard plate to the original factory or a qualified Metrology Research Institute for calibration and testing (it is recommended to do so once a year).

(3) Measure

The measurement mode of this model of instrument is the basic mode.

The basic mode is the sample measurement mode, which directly displays the gloss measurement value, which belongs to a single measurement and can display three groups of measurement data at the same time.

4、 Daily maintenance of instruments

(1) This instrument is a precision optical instrument. Please keep and use the instrument properly. Avoid using and storing the instrument in humid, strong electromagnetic interference, strong light and dusty environment. It is recommended to use and store the instrument in a standard laboratory environment (temperature 20 ℃, 1 standard atmospheric pressure, humidity 50 ~ 70% RH).

(2) The standard plate is a precision optical element, which should be properly kept and used to avoid hitting the working surface with sharp objects, soiling the working surface with dirt, and exposing the standard plate to strong light. Clean the standard board workers regularly with a soft wiping cloth dipped in alcohol.
