Features:
PC control software, achieving screen display of test force, peak test force, beam displacement, test deformation, and test curve, making the operation intuitive and simple. Equipped with overload, overcurrent, and overvoltage protection functions, and equipped with a pipe inner diameter measurement system, it can accurately measure the changes in the inner diameter of the pipe. The transmission system controls a fully digital AC servo motor through a distributed control system composed of a PC and a microcontroller, driving the middle crossbeam up and down at the speed required by the test standard. The pressure is applied to the pipe sample through the sample pressure plate, and the force detection part adopts a segmented linear correction method to ensure the high accuracy and stability of the machine.
