Our company specializes in supplying laboratory powder tablet presses and supporting tablet molds. Our tablet presses have small volume, high pressure, and high pressure control accuracy. The new tablet press provided by our company adopts an integrated structure, with an oil tank, main board, and oil cylinder on one main board, without sealed connection points, reducing the possibility of oil leakage points and greatly reducing the probability of oil leakage in the tablet press. In addition, this product can also be used in conjunction with testing instruments such as Fourier transform infrared spectrometer and fluorescence spectrometer for sample preparation. Operating steps of tablet press:
1. Assemble the mold sleeve and mold bottom, and place the mold pieces on top.
2. Load the sample into the mold and then grind the powder evenly.
3. Place the mold in the center of the tablet press and tighten the handwheel.
4. Tighten the oil drain valve.
5. Shake the pressure lever to start applying pressure until the desired pressure is reached.
6. Release the oil drain valve stem.
7. Remove the mold.
8. Remove the bottom of the mold and install the demoulding tool.
9. Invert the assembled mold and place it in the tablet press.
10. Use the screw of the tablet press to push out the sample of the mold.
11. Remove the mold.
12. Remove the sample from the mold.
