Description:
l The machine is composed by a sturdy base containing the transmission components and the hardware control instruments. The base holds two steel columns with ground hard chrome surfacing. The upper crosshead can be adjusted in height, to hold the accessories to perform the specific test. The lower mobile crosshead is operated by a recirculating ball screw and rotating lead, that through motor, assures the correct application of load and constant speed.
l This machine adopts advanced computer technology and high-precision sensor technology, with simple operation, accurate test data and stable performance. The instrument is equipped with overload protection. Instrument automatic test and automatic recording. The machine is mainly supported by two columns, with reasonable mechanical structure, so as to ensure the accuracy of the instrument. The design is simple and generous. After the pressure sensor is installed, it can be used to measure the unconfined compressive strength, CBR test, Marshall stability test of various binder stabilized soil specimens, and other tests requiring vertical load. It is equipped with double pressure sensors and double displacement sensors as standard.
