Description:

This instrument is used for soil compression test to determine the relationship between soil deformation and pressure or void ratio and pressure, and the relationship between deformation and time, so as to calculate the unit settlement weight, compression system, compression index, rebound index, compression modulus and consolidation coefficient of soil. The measurement items depend on the needs of the project


Product mix:

1. There are three sets of soil sample containers in each instrument of the soil sample container. When available, three soil sample tests can be carried out. Each set of container can be used to carry out two types of soil sample area tests of 30cm2 and 50cm2, respectively. The height of soil samples is 2cm, as shown in the attached figure (1).

2. Lever type (with level gauge): the lever ratio is 1:12, 1:10, and the maximum output of medium pressure is 4.8 kn, and the load is applied in stages. There are nine levels from 12.5 to 800KPa for 30cm2, eight levels from 12.5 to 800KPa for 50cm2, and the maximum output of low pressure is 2.4KN. There are eight levels from 12.5 to 800KPa for 30cm2 by step loading (seven levels from 12.5 to 800KPa for 50cm2). See the attached table (1) for details.

The lever fulcrum can rise and fall 1.5cm. During the test, first adjust the lever to the horizontal position. When the soil sample sinks under pressure, causing the lever to tilt, rotate the handwheel counterclockwise to lower the lever fulcrum so that the lever can return to the horizontal state, so as to ensure the accuracy of the load at all levels.

3. There are four holes at the bottom of the instrument frame for installation, and the platen is used for making high-density boards
