Description:

This instrument is used for conducting soil compression tests, measuring the relationship between soil deformation and pressure or porosity and pressure, as well as the relationship between deformation and time, in order to calculate the unit settlement weight of soil, compression system, compression index, rebound index, compression modulus consolidation coefficient, etc. The measurement items are determined according to the needs of the project.


Product mix:

This instrument is divided into three main parts:

1. There are three sets of soil sample containers in each instrument, which can be used for three soil sample tests. Each set of containers can be used for two types of soil sample area tests, 30cm2 and 50cm2, respectively. The height of the soil samples is 2cm, as shown in Figure (1).

2. The lever type (with a level) has a lever ratio of 1:12,1:10 and is loaded with weights. The maximum output of the medium pressure is 4.8kn, and it is loaded in stages. There are nine levels of low voltage from 12.5 to 800KPa for 30cm2, and eight levels from 12.5 to 800KPa for 50cm2. The maximum output of low voltage is 2.4KN, and there are eight levels of graded loading from 12.5 to 800KPa for 30cm2 (seven levels from 12.5 to 800KPa for 50cm2). Please refer to Appendix (1) for details.

The lever fulcrum can be raised and lowered by 1.5cm. During the test, the lever should be adjusted to a horizontal position. When the soil sample is compressed and sinks, causing the lever to tilt, the handwheel can be rotated counterclockwise to lower the lever fulcrum and restore the lever to a horizontal state, ensuring the accuracy of all levels of load.

3. There are four holes at the bottom of the instrument frame for installation, and the platform is used for high-density board production (see structural diagram).
