Description:

Static penetration test (CPT) is a method of using static force to press the probe into the soil at a certain speed, and using a pressure sensor inside the probe, recording the penetration resistance of the probe to the soil through a recorder. The dual cylinder automatic static penetration tester is an in-situ testing tool for foundation soil in construction, water conservancy, electricity, transportation, port construction, and scientific research and design in colleges and universities. This machine uses a hydraulic transmission mechanism to uniformly press the electrical measuring probe into the ground, thereby recording the penetration resistance of the probe in the soil layer at its depth through instruments. Suitable for engineering survey, route exploration, mountainous areas, terraced fields, and marshes. Suitable for testing in soft soil, old clay, loess, sandy soil and other soil layers. Features:

1. This machine is composed of three independent parts: a penetration vehicle, a power vehicle, and a probe vehicle (including a probe, anchor, and reaction device). During static penetration testing, the three parts are connected into a complete machine through the high-pressure hose of the hydraulic transmission system, hence it is called a bulk static penetration machine.

2. Each independent part is small in size, light in weight, and compact in structure, and can be transported separately by dedicated forklifts, all of which can freely pass through narrow roads with a width of 0.9m.

3. High strength plug-in card rods are used, which are firm and prevent slipping and damage to the probe rod.

4. A differential oil circuit has been set up, which can achieve rapid rebound and quick lever shifting, further improving efficiency.

5. The hydraulic system adopts advanced multi way valves, with small volume, convenient installation and maintenance, good pressure overload characteristics, and small pressure loss.

6. In areas with high temperature and humidity, a hydraulic oil high-temperature heat dissipation device is installed to solve the problem of rapid oil temperature rise and extend operation time.

7. Multi purpose machine: The upper part of the penetration vehicle can be equipped with a cross plate torque box assembly, and the bottom of the frame is equipped with holes for inserting wave velocity probes, flat shovel measuring heads, cross plate heads, and other holes. It can perform in-situ tests such as pressure wave velocity, flat shovel side expansion, cross plate shear, and resistivity static exploration.
