Description:
Static penetration test (CPT) is a method of using static force to press the probe into the soil at a certain speed, and using a pressure sensor inside the probe, recording the penetration resistance of the probe to the soil through a recorder.
The BTU-L6 track static penetration tester consists of a track chassis, two diesel engines, a hydraulic support leg system, two sets of hydraulic anchoring mechanisms, a controller, a platform, and a driving mechanism, all assembled on a single frame.
The tracked static sounding vehicle is used throughout the entire process of geotechnical engineering, and the calculation of soil mechanics requires the provision of sounding curves. This provides rich information for the investigation, design, construction, and testing of geotechnical engineering, which is incomparable to traditional soil mechanics. (1) Divide soil types. (2) Mechanically layer the soil layer. (3) Provide physical and mechanical indicators of the foundation soil that vary with depth. (4) Analyze and organize survey reports based on sounding.
Features:
1. Adopting the advantages of similar products both domestically and internationally, and developed for the actual use of survey units on site, the design is novel and has all the functions of a large tracked static testing vehicle, greatly reducing the labor intensity and usage costs of operators.
2. Suitable for on-site environments with complex terrain and landforms such as beaches, riverbanks, sandy areas, and paddy fields.
3. The hydraulic system is advanced and adopts a segmented combination multi way valve, with a compact structure, small volume, convenient installation, low pressure loss, and good overload performance of the overflow valve.
4. Two sets of automatic hydraulic anchoring structures and four hydraulic support legs with respective oil circuit control make operation more convenient, stable, and reliable.
5. Single cylinder power system, hydraulic static detection and track walking separate power, low fuel consumption, and easy operation.
6. This machine is not only an ideal equipment for static penetration testing, but also equipped with accessories. It can be extended for in-situ testing such as hole pressure static testing (CPTU), self drilling lateral pressure testing (PMT), flat shovel lateral expansion testing (DMT), vane shear testing (VCT), and pressure wave velocity testing (WVT).
7. This machine can be optionally equipped with:(1) Hydraulic static testing machine: 5T, 10T, 15T, 20T, 25T hydraulic static testing machine or 1 large and 1 small dual combination type track static testing vehicle 5T+10T, 15T, 20T, 25T;(2) 4 sets of automatic hydraulic support legs or 4 sets of elevated automatic hydraulic ultra long support leg loading and unloading systems.
