Wet Sieve Analysis Kit

The wet screen instrument is applicable to measure the sand content of drilling fluid and barite. After the drilling fluid is placed on the filter screen and washed by water, the sand content of drilling fluid and barite can be measured, and the percentage of sieve residue can be obtained.The working principle of the wet screen instrument is to screen (wet screen) the drilling fluid or barite to be measured on the filter screen (200 mesh, 240 mesh or 325 mesh) through the nozzle at the specified pressure (the pressure shown in the pressure gauge obtained by the pressure reducing valve should be 10psi) within the specified time to obtain the percentage of sieve residue.The wet screen adopts standard working pressure and effective filtration area, and the capacity of drilling fluid cup is 400ml.
