Description:
MK-DT500 high temperature and high pressure dynamic filtration instrument is applicable to:
1. Dynamic filtration and filter cake preparation test: at any temperature from normal temperature to 120 ℃, the working pressure of
drilling fluid cup is less than 600psi, and the filtration area is 3.5in2 (22.6 cm2).
2. There is double leakage net, which can meet the measurement of cement slurry. The high temperature and high pressure dynamic filtration instrument works with the parameters determined under the condition of simulating the actual downhole operation. It is to heat the drilling fluid through the heating sleeve and keep it constant at a certain temperature. During this period, the variable-speed motor drives the transmission
shaft to stir continuously at the specified speed, and the pressure reducing and stabilizing device provides pressure to act on the drilling fluid, so as to simulate the on-site working state and obtain its filtration. If the measured temperature is greater than
90 ℃, a back pressure device shall be used to prevent liquid evaporation.
