Paint Leveling Tester
Description:
This instrument provides a method to evaluate the leveling performance of newly applied coatings before curing, so as to reduce or eliminate the coating surface streaks caused by brushing or other coating. Using this specially designed coating machine to evaluate the leveling performance is similar to the evaluation of roll coating method, but more stable than roll coating. As there are various factors affecting the leveling and sagging, the tests of these properties should not be confused with each other. The leveling test is carried out on a horizontal test plate, which is not the measurement of the sagging performance.
