Flow cone apparatus

Cement is Portland cement or ordinary cement. When slag cement is used, inspection shall be strengthened to prevent instability of material properties. The grade of cement should not be lower than 425. The consistency of the cement slurry should be controlled between 14-18s. The 1725ml funnel test is used to determine the consistency. The time (s) when the cement slurry flows out of the funnel is the consistency of the cement slurry. The position of the cement slurry surface of the cement slurry consistency meter can be found by pouring 1725ml of water.
