This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements specified in T0719-2011 "Asphalt mixture rutting test" in the industry standard JTG E20-2011 "Asphalt and asphalt mixture test specification for highway engineering" of the People's Republic of China. It is applicable to the determination of high-temperature rutting resistance of asphalt mixture, and can also be used for the high-temperature stability test of asphalt mixture on site.
1. Intelligent: automatically generate and save test results; Conveniently call historical data and output test report.
2. Point-to-point data acquisition: the upper and lower microcomputer measurement and control systems are used to ensure the repeatability
of deformation data acquisition in space.
3. High resolution and fast speed of data acquisition: adopt analog-to-digital converter with resolution of 16bit and acquisition rate of 100kHz.
4. Wide temperature control range, high accuracy and good stability: PWM modulation is used for temperature PID control.
5. Good electromagnetic compatibility and high reliability: with soft start function; Mechanical and electrical start and stop without impact and surge.
6. Low noise, no side rolling: use high-precision imported smooth bars and test wheels for relative movement.
7. The grounding pressure of the test wheel can be set: 0.5-1.3MPa test wheel is optional.
8. Convenient humanized design: automatically lift and lower the test rubber wheel.
