Tag Open-Cup Flash and Fire Point Tester
1、 Applicable standardsThis instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the industrial standard of the People's Republic of China, T0633-1993 in JTG E20 -- 2011, Test Specification for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixture in Highway Engineering.
2、 Purpose and scope of applicationThis instrument is suitable for measuring the flash point of liquid petroleum asphalt materials with a flash point lower than 93 ℃ by using a Teague open cup (TOC) to evaluate the construction safety.
Features:
1 Automatic scanning and ignition;
2. Electric furnace heating power 0~1000W continuously adjustable;
3. The heating wire is protected by transparent quartz tube, without open flame, explosion-proof, and the heating speed is fast;
4. The instrument adopts a metal crucible with a depth of 47mm, a diameter of 64mm at the upper mouth, and a diameter of 38mm at the lower mouth. There is a scale at 3.2mm below the cup mouth. The metal crucible must not be heated by sand bath or other open fire, but must be supported and heated in the insulating liquid bath to ensure safety.
5 Gauge: 3.2mm thick, with two 3.2mm ± 0.25mm protrusions below, and two holes with diameters of 4.0mm and 0.8mm at 3.2mm from the bottom.
6. Thermal insulation bath: copper. For those with flash point lower than 79.5 ℃, the bath can be used directly. For those with flash point higher than 79.5 ℃, the 1:1 mixture of water and glycol is used as the medium.
