Cleveland Open Cap Flash and Fire Point Tester

This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the national standard for test methods of petroleum and petroleum products GB/T3536-1991 "Determination of flash point and ignition point of petroleum products" (Cleveland open cup method).This instrument is also

applicable to JTJ052-2000 Highway Specification T0611-1993 Asphalt Flash Point and Flash Point Test (Cleveland Open Cup Method),

international standard ISO-2592 test method and American National Association for Testing and Materials Standard ASTMD92 test.

Purpose and scope of applicationThis instrument is applicable to the Cleveland open cup (referred to as COC) to measure the flash point and ignition point of viscous petroleum asphalt, coal tar asphalt and liquid petroleum asphalt materials with flash point above 79 ℃, so as to evaluate the construction safety.
