ICP-AES ICP-OES
Description:
Inductively Coupled Plasma Spectrometer (ICP) is the main light source used for atomic emission spectroscopy. ICP has the characteristics of circular structure, high temperature, high electron density, and inert atmosphere. Using it as an excitation light source has low detection limit, wide linear range, low ionization and chemical interference, high accuracy and precision, and other analytical performance.
Features:
1.The high-voltage power supply circuit of the RF generator adopts advanced electronic technology, eliminates bulky step-up transformers and high-frequency blocking coils, and adopts power closed-loop feedback technology with a control accuracy of less than 0.1%.
2. Fully automatic ignition, intelligent gas path control, software ignition, more convenient.
3. Safe cooling water protection, argon gas protection, overpressure, overcurrent, and arc extinguishing protection are safer.
4. Automatic matching and tuning of output power, software program setting of power parameters.
5. The spectrometer is filled with argon gas to achieve sensitive measurement of sulfur at 180nm wavelength and Sn at 189nm wavelength.
6. Excellent optical system, advanced control system, ensuring accurate peak position positioning, excellent signal-to-noise ratio, and minimal matrix effect.
7. Wide measurement range, analysis from trace to constant, dynamic linear range of 5-6 orders of magnitude.
8. The detection limit is low, and the detection limit of most elements can reach the ppb level.
9. Good measurement accuracy, relative standard deviation (RSD) of stability ≤ 1.5% (5ppm), superior to the national A-level standard (JJG768-2005).
10. Argon consumption: 14L/min
